Two pricing tiers are available based on the contracted service. Pricing is inclusive of the operational tools and technology necessary to support guest experiences and home oversight and all booking fees/taxes associated with each stay.

From day one, you can expect clear communication, proactive oversight, and a thoughtful approach to every aspect of your home. We coordinate everything behind the scenes—from preventative maintenance and vendor management to guest readiness and seasonal preparation—ensuring your property is always in exceptional condition.
With a formulated marketing approach, we connect with guests from the beginning- managing the booking experience, providing curated suggestions and sample itineraries that bring out the most from their trip to our beautiful area, and peace of mind with their lodging choice. Guests arrive at a meticulously prepared home with all the amenities they need, including a customized welcome gift curated from local vendors and artisans from our team. Services are available throughout their stay should they find need for anything additional- spanning from a housekeeping freshen up to continued recommendations to keep their travel exciting. Upon departure, guests will receive a thank you email that includes links to book their next stay and also gives the opportunity to leave feedback on their experience. Larkspur will use this collected data to provide feedback to owners of our short term rentals, drive ratings/visibility with third party vendor sites (Airbnb, VRBO, Google etc.) and as a way for us to continue improving our product offering.
Management fees are structured as a percentage of rental revenue for Short Term and Long Term rentals or a flat monthly retainer for Private Home Management. Custom scopes are available for larger estates or portfolios.
